Making Kerrville and Kerr County more beautiful

Our goals for 2015 are to make our properties more attractive, make repairs, and to replace what needs to be replaced.  Our biggest project for the year has been our property at 201 Water Street in Kerrville.

This is what the project looked like when we started:
201 Water Street, Kerrville,
before renovations
From Francisco Lemos Street,
before renovations
We've worked with many craftsmen to improve the property.  We've repaired and replaced the plumbing, had the electrical systems checked, installed separate heating and air conditioning units for both floors, had fire exits repaired for both the front and rear of the building.  We also replaced the garage door on the Francisco Lemos Street side of the building.
Now, the outside of the building is undergoing a transformation, as this old barn is being painted in "barn red" with white accents.
Meanwhile, the bottom floor has a new tenant: Barb's Flower Barn.  Barb Walker and her husband Rick have worked very hard to make the inside of the flower shop look great.  We hope you'll give them a call soon, 830-895-1965.
